Strengthening phytosanitary compliance to boost seed trade in the Asia-Pacific
The main objective of this portal is to provide users an easy access to the latest information on phytosanitary regulations in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Laos, Nepal, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. It’s a valuable resource for traders who want to understand export/import requirements and access direct links to each country’s regulations and competent authorities. Researchers and National Plant Protection Organizations (NPPOs) will also find this portal helpful for navigating cross-border seed movements and collaborating with other countries.
This portal is part of the regional project called Strengthening Phytosanitary Compliance to Boost Seed Trade in the Asia-Pacific bringing together leading seed industry players, like the Asia and Pacific Seed Alliance (APSA), the American Seed Trade Association (ASTA), Croplife Asia (CLA), and the International Seed Federation (ISF), to make a difference for the region. The project focuses on Bangladesh, Cambodia, Laos, Nepal, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. It is funded by the Standards and Trade Development Facility (STDF) and is implemented by APAARI.
